Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms apply when you download or use NodeMail. They are deliberately short and written in plain language.
Using NodeMail
NodeMail is provided for lawful use on Macs running macOS 14 or later. You may use it with mail accounts you own or are authorized to operate.
Your accounts and nodes
You are responsible for your mail accounts, for the proxy nodes you configure, and for complying with your providers' terms and applicable laws when routing mail through those nodes.
Free and Pro
The Free tier includes one mailbox with all core features. Pro — multiple mailboxes with priority email support — is coming soon; prices shown before launch are placeholders and may change.
No warranty
NodeMail is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mail delivery ultimately depends on your providers, servers and nodes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the NodeMail team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost mail or downtime.
