Install NodeMail
Install NodeMail on Apple Silicon: check macOS requirements, open the DMG, review verified signing details, and handle download or security warnings safely.
DownloadVersion 0.1.0 · build 2 · ≈ 492 MB
macOS 14+ · Apple Silicon · Free: 1 mailbox
Before you install
The current download supports Apple Silicon (arm64) Macs running macOS 14.0 or later. An Intel Mac build is not currently available. Check your chip and macOS version in Apple menu → About This Mac.
The DMG is about 492 MB. Mounting it, copying the app and using it require additional free disk space; the download size is not the installed size.
Install from the DMG
- Download the current DMG from this website. Retry if the download is incomplete.
- Open the DMG and drag NodeMail to the Applications shortcut inside it.
- After copying finishes, launch NodeMail from Applications instead of running it from the disk image.
- Eject the disk image once the app is copied. Follow the macOS source confirmation when you first open the app.
To add a mailbox and choose its connection, see the mailbox setup guide. You supply your own proxy nodes.
Download or security warnings
If the image cannot open or its checksum differs, stop installing and download a fresh copy from this site. Contact support if it still differs.
If macOS cannot verify the developer or check for malicious software, verify the source and file and contact support first. Only when you trust the source and know the file is unaltered should you consider the app-specific Open Anyway option in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Stop and verify the source if macOS reports damage, malware, or that the app will damage your computer. Contact support; do not disable system security to bypass the warning. Prompts and options vary with macOS and device management policies.

14c1fb7bcbf007b7460ad5923b7a0731476d559e1fcc9c1af7df70a136e38479- Enclosed app signature
- Developer ID signed; deep, strict signature verification passed.
- Enclosed app notarization
- Stapled notarization ticket verified; Gatekeeper accepted the app for execution.
- DMG distribution file
- Not signed. The release record marks the DMG as not notarized; this is separate from the enclosed app’s notarization.
Compare the downloaded file’s SHA-256 with the value above. A matching checksum checks consistency with this release record; it does not replace system security checks.
